FR: Yeah it's been really good, everyone's been so welcome and you're made to feel relaxed the moment you get here.

CANTERBURY has recently witnessed a sudden upturn in tourism thanks to this years early summer. With temperatures reaching a high of 26 degrees, residents have also been enjoying the sun. Parks have seen a busy April with ice creams and drinks sales booming.

A PARROT found itself trapped yesterday after flying into student accommodation Pin Hill causing the students to bring out the David Attenboroughs inside them.




Gills lose play-off dreams

A BRAVE Gillingham side narrowly lost out on this years play-offs ensuring a stay in League Two for at least another year. After a reprival of the clubs fortunes in the second half of the season The Gills had every chance of landing themselves a play-off place.
